There is a kinda nerdy, hobby show that I have run across a couple of times over the years, but I have no idea what it is. The dude that hosts it is a dork, but some of the topics that I have seen are interesting. I have seen him working on a RC truck, and flying a RC acrobat plane, so I was thinking it was a RC show, but I also remember him working on a HO train landscape.

Probably an easy question for true hobbyists, but I am not one. :flipoff: So, what is the name of the show? I thought I would go ahead and set up the Tivo to record all the episodes.

it's on the outdoor channel, think it's called rc world or rc hobbyist or something dumb like that. Seen it several times, some good, some bad, worth checking out though. It's on Saturady mornings at 9 am here in the moutain time zone.

No, it's on DIY.

It's called Radio Controlled Hobbies.

Theres a show on The Outdoor Channel called Inside RC with some stupid chick.

There's Inside R/C on The Outdoor Channel and there's Radio Controled Hobbies on the Do It Yourself Network (DIY). I watch both wheen I can. Both are mostly about planes.

From scanning the Tivo, there is a "Radio Control Hobbies" show on DIY, I gues that would be it. DUH!!!!!!! Someone should have replied, "hey newbie, search your tivo!!" I can't find anything on the "outdoor" channel, or OLN................is there another one?

This week's episode appears to be about starting a RC race club & RC for beginners. :boring:

Next week's episode: RC Giant-Scale Cars and Trucks.........................that one sounds interesting!!!!

EDIT: Yes, I am slow and what I posted is a repost of what has already been posted!!! :-P

Adam, you know your secretly in love with her. :flipoff:

Ha! I want to smack that ***** in the mouth!

I have noticed that a lot of times on certain programs, especially Radio Control Hobbies, that the show information on the TV guide is different from what actually shows.

My DVR just recorded a show that said it was the RC club for beginners, but it was a show about converting to brushless on airplanes.

Yes, there is a really bad echo in this post!

Last "Inside RC" that I saw was about scale R/C Tug Boat comp's. Some kid had one that will have 27 servos. Another old dude has one that weighs 300+ lbs.

Interesting, but a little over the top for me.

This was on the Outdoor Channel web page:

Presenting Inside R/C's new host, Anna Curtis.

The past couple of weeks Inside RC has been pretty good. This past week it was about Drag Racing and then i have seen the 1/8th scale hydro boats run. But yes the host does suck. And there coverage really isn't that good either, but still interesting. I am in Kentucky on EST and it airs Monday nights at 12midnight, Wed afternoons i think at like 4:00 and Sat afternoons at 2:30. I am on dish network.

The new show airs on Sat i think and then the next two shows of the week are re-runs of Saturdays show.

I watch both show whenever I manage to catch them, they are on at fairly obscure times throughout the week. I like the shows, and I really don't mind the hosts. They're better than having to watch some douche-bag that trys to be "extreme" or "hardcore"
