You guys that are always hating on the bug bodies make me laugh.

They are one of the lightest bodies you can get, and the round profile makes it easier to drive your rig back onto it's wheels after a rollover. They have a purpose. If you show up to nationals without a bug body, you're already at a disadvantage IMO. ;-)

If I wasn't running a tuber I would be running a bug body. Like Bender said, function over form. Besides, like a trophy truck body with most of it cut off looks any more like a scale crawler:flipoff:

So its a bad thing that I can drive my super upside down with a bug body on it?

Damn I must be doing something wrong!;-)

Real bugs are built not bought. ;-)

:lol: Funny thing is, as much as I joke around about it, I *realistically* cannot knock them... The few GTGs and comp I have had with the Jersey guys really show just how much of a advantage it is to have a bug body. For me, I think its my scale side showing through...hell I even have a high lift jack on the hood of my CJ

I noticed the jack on your comp rig. "thumbsup"

I'll be sporting the CJ8 on my super at nats.
