Just wondering what type of shocks you guys like to run on your wraiths? What's a good setup for lowering? or stock height?
Keep the opinions comming! Thanks

I'm running Pro-Line rear short course Power Stroke shocks. They are a little shorter than stock and Jason, who owns this site, suggested I flip the axle shock mounts to lower it another 2mm or so.

The included springs are a little stiff, but Pro-Line offers a spring assortment.

Stock RTR shocks with flipped lower mounts.

I plan on going to the purple spring to soften them up a little.

I run stock SCX-10 shocks on mine with the lower mounts in the stock position. But I've also used big bores with Losi white springs and flipped the mounts. I like the SCX shocks the best for just crawling and trail running.

When you say losi 4" shocks which ones are you talking about? Do you have a link or part number you can give please? I hear good things about them but just not sure exactly which ones. Thanks.

Losi 4" is my choice lots of spring/piston choices. I run a XXX-SCT so I have a ton of spring and pistion choices already.

Great input on the shock setup friends. Also never knew about the mount flip. "thumbsup"
Appreciating all this info for when I finally get my wraith or find just right one

Not that I cannot picture the mount flip, but does anyone have a picture of their shock/link mounts flipped and with the links and shocks mounted?

I would reccommend that you pick up some extra red oring seals and some assoicated Green slim. Some people have complained the shocks leak. I replace the plastic spacer for a smaller one in the shock spacer and use an extra O-Ring, and I always assemble them with the green slime to protect the O-rings and ensure a good seal. Done this way I've only had one shock ever leak and that was after the shock cartridge it's self failed after about 5mos and 30+packs soo...

Search you tube for wraith suspension upgrades or something similar there is a guide on how to do it step by step

I wasn't asking 'how' to do it, it should be quite easy....just flip the mounts. I just was hoping to see a picture or two of it done before I try it. I have a set (4) of Proline Powerstroke shocks for the Slash ordered and on the way
