What tranny gears to use??

So i got my Wraith all up and running and i stripped my stock spur gear. What metal gear set should i get??? Internal and external? Im using the New Novak timbuk2 crawler setup with a 17.5t motor and plan on setting the truck up for rock crawling. Thanks in advance

I use hot racing Tranny gears and 32p spur and pinion gears. No more issues.
