What's your choice and why?

Currently I'm running nothing but Im beginning not to like it. I havent heard much about BB's..but sounds like an interesting idea, so any opinions on that would be apprecciated greatly.

I run memory foams and stick weights. I think the sidewalls are to soft with no foams (Moabs). and i need about 10 ounces of total weight for each wheel for my truck to work well. (10 ounces including the tire, wheel, and weights)

tire weight/foam /no foam

i run 2.2 losi rock claws with full width foam but the dia has been cut down 1/2 inch with 2 small holes drilled in rim .my mudslingers i run no foam with 2 holes drilled in rimm .and with the axial rock lizards no foam no holes .thats my .02

I'd always run stick on lead weight around the wheel, but recently changed to Airsoft BB's and really like them. Hackster says BB's are better. :)

my friend runs air soft bbs in his axial and says tey work good but the noise:shock: so he put tape to the bbs and the tire so u dont hear them"thumbsup" actuakky works well;-)

The plus the BB's in the wheels is the lowest posable weight for the wheel and having the bb's in there seam to help in sertin situations.

What scale are we talking about?

tape them to the tire all around"thumbsup"

Wouldn't that just be the same as running stick on weights on the rim?

on my super there is probably 10oz in each front tire, on my 2.2 ax, i have 3-3/4 front, 2-3/4oz rear. currently running star cut/narrowed foams, however if I had a chance to do it again (and I do!), I would do a shallower star cut, and not narrow at all.

Has anyone tried going scale and not running foams but having sealed tires with low pressure?
just a thought...

my friend did that in his axial cause thats all me and him had to weigh the tires down at the time:lol: and they sell a kit on ebay that u can put air in your tires it comes with 4 little needles and u put them in the rims once u completly seal the tires and the needle has a little ball valve in in that u can put air in with your mouth so air will go in and none will come out if u want to see it tell me and ill post a link to it"thumbsup"

I have run air soft bbs and i dont care for them. To get the right weight you may add alot to your wheel causing the bbs to have no room to work for you. Both me and my brother have used bbs in mk2s and moabs and have found that stick on weights allow your tire to perform better. What kind of tire and wheel combo do you plan on running? How heavy your rig is and how high the center of gravity plays apart in how much weight you prefer to keep the truck stable. Thats my opinion.
