Friends, I am moving to Missouri next week and will be east of Springfield in the Mountain View area. Are there any good stores in Springfield or do I have to go up to KC or St. Louis? Thanks

Where do I spend my paychecks?

Hobby Town is on Battlefield. It’s eh ok but don’t expect much variety. There is also Sleeth Hobbies which gets mixed reviews. I’ve only been in there a few times. It’s organized about like an old flea market. In Rogers, Arkansas is NWA R/C Raceway.

NWA R/C Raceway looks good but a 3 hour drive for me.

David owns the place and Jay helps at the counter.
They are a Truck, and Plane shop for the most part, but can order anything you need and they also mail items to you.
They are really nice people, and I shop there when I can.
Yeah it is not organized like a website or chain store but your money stays in the community, I know david and have worked on his house so I know you're money stays in the area, unlike chain stores who have to report to the main office in somewhere , USA.
