Who here lifts weights?

Tried one, I own stock! Major holder of dirkypoos penis crank. How funny does that sound?

I was waiting for the "I'm 98lbs and can bench 700lbs" reply. People think the number you can bench is a measure of your manhood. It's considered a requisite when talking about lifting....... "how much ya bench?" I can bench anything, if I have a strong spotter. :) I'm not a competition power lifter, I have no idea what my "max" is. I know I can get 245lbs without a spotter, scared to try much more than that. What I lack in benching I more than make up for in peeing distance. Now there's a true measure of manhood..... or boyhood

Dirkypoo's Penis Crank sounds like a hot item!

I tried the Penis Inflator--- pump under the right leg, pump up your manhood in a motion much like kickstarting a motorcycle. It worked Great 'til I went on vacation in the mountains.... I was already partially inflated when I left home. I won't get into it, but there was an embarrasing incident when we reached the ski lodge involving the bell boy while he was unloaded luggage from the trunk of our car. I blame it on the thinner air at high altitudes.

What is your Protein intake look like? Say you want to weigh 230lbs. You need to eat 460g a day. Thats alot I know, but it can be done. What shake are you drinking?

I'm taking Cytosport Muscle Milk or if I run out of that I get IOVATE 6 Star whey from Wal-Mart. I get at least 120g a day just in supplements alone, not counting what I eat. I'm gaining, just not as fast as I'd like. My busy schedule sometimes keeps me from eating good protein rich meals like I need to be eating.

I work out every other day and run on the days in between. Nothing too heavy anymore just a lot of reps. When I turned 30 I realized that all of the heavy lifting was taking a toll on my body.

Ive been lifting for about 3 years now, however Im taking some time off due to financial and free time problems. Great stress releiver, but once you start it, you have to keep going...

When not bulking i like the muscle milk, but whenever i want to add some size the cyto gainer works pretty good. I lifted hard for 4 years starting out at 200 and ending up at 6'3 255 @ 8% bf. The last 2 years its been kickboxing and more off than on with the weights, so im down to 225 with alot more speed and endurance.

i lift about everyday for football. i really enjoy it .....gets rid of the stress i get from my parentals and my sister.

i hate the gym. swore to never be caught dead in there! i used to mountain bike, snow board, wake board, hike, moto and rock climb. since i hurt my back at work two years ago, that has all stopped. now the physical therapist says when my condition improves, i need to start working out at the gym. go figure...

I am 6'1 and 275. If any of you problem weight gainers need a donor let me know. I don't know if it is my German lineage but when I do lift I pack on serious pounds. I will be getting into a routine here soon with a ton of cardio so hopefully that will help. I have been paying for a gym for a year now, maybe I should use it.
