We have a little competition here at work involving hot sauce and hot peppers. Anyone else do something like this at work or with friends? We play 5 card draw, loser takes a toothpick coated in Ghost pepper hot sauce.
This stuff is HOT!

The Hottest Sauce in the Universe - 2nd Dimension is going to blow you away! This is the most ridiculous hot sauce ever created! With 40 Lbs of ghost pepper added to every batch! Try at your own risk. This is a serious hot sauce, not for the faint of heart!
1.77 oz.

BTW-Im looking to get a Trinidad Scorpion Butch T pepper for this competition. Ive already brought the Ghost pepper into the competition, and Im looking to step it up a few notches and was hoping that someone here grows them and could spare one for our comp.

i think it comes to a certian point where "hot sauce" simply goes beyond hot sauce and into the realm of poison:ror:..dont touch yer pecker after:shock:

Texas Creek Pure Evil Capsaicin Drops-
This totally unique product lets you add heat to food without changing the flavor of the food. It does not have that nasty extract taste. Made with 15 Million SHU Pure Capsaicin, it basically has no flavor or smell. Add the capsaicin by the drop to get to the heat level desired. Pure Evil has been HPLC lab tested at 1,040,000 SHU.

Does it make your butt sore.
Yes, it makes everything sore. I just had to do 2 toothpicks and I am on fire.

man i wonder what the legalities of that could be, i dont know could a person die?..lol

i would think a person with heart problems, asthma or bleeding ulcers could die from it. Pure cap registers in at 16 mill Scolville. The peppers Im looking for come in at 7.1 million. The pure evil is 1.04 million scollvilles. I can find the Trinidad Scorpion Butch T pepper on Ebay, but they want a arm and leg for a few peppers. I did however find some stuff called "The Source" which is a extract from the afore mentioned pepper. Ill be picking some of that up if I cant scratch up a single pod or two.

so if they put that in a pepper spray canister it could probably blind you right?

I found this___
For people unused to the extremely hot sauces, they may experience fainting, vomiting, nausea and shortness of breath along with a severe burning sensation. People who have underlying conditions of heart trouble or lung disease should avoid using the super hot forms of hot sauce.

Pepper spray is used by law enforcement and many lay people as a form of personal defense. The primary ingredient in Mace and other pepper sprays is a diluted form of capsaicin. Often, the media will report the death of a pepper sprayed victim. Autopsy reports will show that the victim died, not because of the pepper spray, but as a result of the effects of the spray, such as respiratory failure or heart attack.

Researchers have concluded that capsaicin, in the form of sauces and sprays have little risk of dangerous side effects. The human body quickly reacts to the capsaicin, expelling excess in the urine.

Another study, done in 1980, concluded that a dose of pure capsaicin would have to be approximately 13 grams to be lethal to a 150 pound person.
I cant find anything that says it would permenantly blind you. But most pepper spray is at 2 mill SHU. Multiply that by over 3 and you'd get close to the Butch T. There are videos of people rubbing them in their eyes though.

So you must been hit on by a homosexual at some point for walking funny the day after a night of saucing? :)

I love hot stuff but agree that there comes a point where it turns from hot food to personal defense.

lmao. You caught me. And yes. There is a point where it goes from enjoy the endorphine rush from hot stuff, to self torture.

Yeah, but not as bad as straight from the bottle to the privates.
Let me know how that works out for you, lol.

These guys here have no clue whats about to hit em. Im working on a hot sauce that includes these two jewels. One ripe Trinidad Scorpion Butch T pepper and one Ghost Pepper. Ive got a dropper vial ordered, and the hot sauce making begins tonight.

Yep, I like hot sauce but my family is rather wary of it and my comments of how hot food is.

When I eat something and say, "It has a bit of a kick to it", they stay away from it.:lmao::lmao:

I agree though, there gets to be a point of going from "flavoring" to "torture". I try to NOT cross the line too far or too often.

HyD, those Ghost Peppers look like something I've eaten in Chinese food before. Quite a kick if you're not expecting them!

Hey TEDROCKZ, I like your way of finding a sandwich thief!!"thumbsup""thumbsup"
