Why Hyperion?

i have an 0606I now, works great. my lhs has been selling a pile of these chargers (cant keep em in stock) and havent had any reported failures. i have read of a few failures, however they seem to be very few and far between

Thunder Power all the way... I talked to a local guy that's really into planes. He really know's his stuff on lipo's this is the charger he recomended. I have had it for over a year and been really happy.

Model
TP-1010C Price 199.95
Description
The 1010c is amongst the most capable battery charge/maintenance systems available. Capable of up to 10S LiPo and A123 cells, 30 NiCd/MH cells and 24v Pb, it can charge, discharge and cycle batteries and report back full data. It is capable of up to 10 amps (220 watts total) for charging and 2 amps while discharging. And, of course, it can do all this while connected to either a 205V or 210V balancer for “feedback charge/balancing” safety and long battery life.

This is the balancer that I use:

TP-205V Price 59.95
Description
2-5 cell Smart balancer
Auto balance (active if more than 0.005V imbalance)
Over voltage safety alerts (also shut-off TP charger if detected any 4.3V cell during charging)

And then I had to buy a power supply, not the cheapest route, but one of the best. I really like how I can plug the charger into my computer and do updates. Now I can "recover" a lipo if it's discharged too low.

This is the charger I will be getting here shortly. I've run NiMH this whole time and charged on a RadioShack fast charger..... 1.5amp =(
Now I'm going into LiPO and A123 and need a new charger, but they all cost so much, but this TP is priced right and has more features than I will ever use and has great reviews.... whats not to like about it !
