Wisconsin rigs

Just got my stuff in the mail today. Still not absolutely certain on what I am gonna do.

With the bumpers and flares and lights it should look pretty cool. I'll have to try and get some pix up tonight of all of my parts.

Curious minds want to know, pics pics pics! :badger:

I run one 100 ohm 1/8th watt resistor (inline with the positive) per led powered off of the receiver. If theres no open ports to plug into, I'll run a Y adaptor. You only need the + and - wires for the leds. It's simpler than it sounds, just be aware of the pos and neg of the led and keep the heat when soldering them to a minimum.

Can't wait to see it myself, waiting on my body yet I was feeling well enough to start to mock the front up looks likenill be making some custom links for uppers to clear driveshafts.

as for soldering a nice 60-80 watt works good hold good heat sability unless up by a station a nice 40/60 solder with a good flux and clean parts or always watch a few youtube vids may help

This is what I'm starting with.....

I've got a light kit coming from Bill yet too."thumbsup" Wheel base is the same as the Comanche so pretty much fit the lights and the bumpers and I'm ready to go. Once I figure out how I'm gonna paint it.:|

Super's heavy Chevy build, I like your choice of parts so far "thumbsup". So this will replace the MJ body?

How do you like those flares? My first impression of them was that they seem pretty beefy .

Looks like I'll be busy this weekend
