So I happened to stumble upon the wroncho today. Seeing as that build is a few years old, does anyone know of a kit available to do this conversion?

There are many ways of doing this conversion, depending on what parts you have and your skill at making things on your own. Mainly you'll find two issues:
Upper links will hit frame in front of SCX10 skid, because of the wider link mounts on axle.
Drive shafts will interfer with upper links. You'll need at least one bent upper link to clear the drive shaft.

There are multiple ways of doing this. My best tip is that you search for "wroncho" and studies the different methods used.

Some has mounted a Wraith skid, which will sort out the driveshaft/link problems, but create new ones with frame widt/cross members. I've mounted the axles up to a stock SCX10 frame with Vanquish Wraith links. 3 link and panhard on both axles is also a known fix. Bender and Sczerba has threads with much usefull information.

I have built 2 wroncho and the best way is to use the wraith skid to solve the driveshaft and link issues, the cross braces I used are 91mm at the front and rear bumper mounts on the scx10 chassis.
On my daughters wroncho I used the stock plastic sliders and made lexan plates to mount the electronics to the sliders. I will post some pics when I get a moment.
