Default 2015 Honda Grom

Not sure how many of you ride bikes.. just figured I'd post mine. It's my first bike and purchased it not having any experience what-so-ever. IT IS AWESOME to ride! I don't care about speed...just fun and mileage.

Those look really fun. I hear they are wheelie machines!
There's one on my local craigslist for $2000... half tempted to pick it up but I'm looking for something a bit bigger.

They are tons of fun...only 220lbs. I have a few mods but I can only hit 60 on a slight downward slope.
2000 is a steal!

Sweet! Haven't seen those. Look like a cool little bike.

My first car was a motorcycle. In Arkansas all you needed was a permit for 49cc or less. I rocked a Yamaha DT-50 when I was 11 years old. 49cc of awesome.

I have seen one of those in person and I loved it. I was somewhere in Alabama or Mississippi on my way to Georgia and stopped at a McDonalds outside a state park.

Some of the most fun I have had on a motorcycle is going fast on a slow bike. I have a Ducati Monster and a Kymco Super 9 50cc scooter and the scooter is by far the most fun to ride, nothing like going through a neighborhood wide open getting every last mile per hour out of a bike and never breaking the speed limit enough to matter. I have done 170 (indicated) on a bike but it is still more fun dragging parts at 45 on a bike that only did 30 mph from the manufacturer.

I agree struhall!

I can comfortably cruise on it in the low 50's. I do have full intake, header pipe, and fuel management programmer. I only have about 170 miles on it though lol. Not even broken in yet.

Hopefully within the next month I'll have a Yoshimura slip on muffler. People are seeing upwards of 4 mph gain on top end

Honda alarms went off. So, it's small or just really weak? Or both?

It's 220 lbs and 125cc. Commuter bike for me. It's faster than my 250 4wheeler

I've had a Grom for over a year now (Red 2014 model). Was into the CT70's and restoring 4 a few years back. After searching for Ct70 parts and struggling to pay the high prices of NOS parts for the 4 bikes, I bailed on them and bought a Grom. It is a fun bike. I have 560 miles on it and just put in 5th tank of fuel. It will fit anywhere and goes 50 all day long. I've seen 61 mph on mine with a slight down hill and long distance. Bottom line, for the money...love it! The foreign version is called an MSX125. There is a whole sub culture out there for these, as well as the Honda Ruckus (49cc scooter). Enjoy it, great color...YELLOW!
