Barely got it done for our comp in feburary. Ended up just going with white and black. Here is some post comp pics.

my buddy(justinart24) had some free time on his hands between our comps so he offered to repaint the 4runner which was totally cool with me. He ended doing a cool detail to the right quarter making it look like there was body damage.

i also decided i wanted to add more detail to the body so i made a styrene grill, gas door, and detail pieces between the door and top.

by deciding to make a new grill i had to cut the stock bumper off. When i did that i decided to make a new front bumper so i could have a better approach angle. I also designed it too look like a 1:1 bumper.

checking departure angle of stinger.

also made light buckets

Here is some pics on how i have my body mounted. In the back i made a bracket and attached some delrin to it to mount the body. On the sides i brazed nuts onto the sliders. I also decided to keep the stock scx10 tall body mount in the back, it helps support the body in rollovers.
