| memory rebuild!!
To explain the title I have had my grandfather recently pass away and the other side of the family got the jeep. but, no prob I decided Im just going to build a 1/10 scale version of the jeep! So in memory of Grandpa I initiate project: memory lane! (prostate cancer ribbon) this build will include 1. tamiya wrangler body converted to TJ http://www.rpphobby.com/product_p/tam9335171.htm 2. RC4WD trail finder http://store.rc4wd.com/products/Trai...dition%29.html 3. 540 45T motor http://store.rc4wd.com/products/540-...Motor-45T.html 4. mud thrashers 1.55 http://store.rc4wd.com/products/Mud-...ale-Tires.html 5. 1.55 void bead locks ( for now) http://www.rpphobby.com/product_p/rc4z-w0045.htm 6. and lots o' custom crap (interior, opening and removable doors, removable soft top, spare, and lots more) this will be a slow build starting with the body and building down. (i have very little funds so bare with me.) Last edited by GeekFreekDesigns; 08-22-2010 at 07:17 PM. |

I'm sorry for your loss of both grandpa, and Jeep. Should be a cool way to remember him |

Very nice project and a thoughtful one too. The 1.1 Jeep looks very cool. Nice choice to replicate it!!
