Steering wheel and dash done......I kept them fairly simple as you're not going to see too much detail through the fogged up windows.

Got some work done on the front wheel wells. They need to be painted of course....

Got some nice side rails from RC4WD

Got the dash glued into the body....

Installed the driveshafts. The rear one needed to be longer because of the long wheelbase, so I used two female halves and cut down a male half to link them. I've seen other trucks done the same and it seems to work well....

That join in the body looks pretty clean, looks very promising. Interesting combo of chassis and honcho frame.

Sorry for the long time since any updates fellas, but we're still in business!

Steering is finally done. Pretty basic stuff really, servo mounted on the frame. The drag link and tie rod ended up pretty parralel, so there shouldn't be much of an issue with bump steer.
Also got the front shocks on, they're SCX10 shocks without springs. The leafs are really firm, so shocks are really just for looks only.

Got some of the finer body details added: mirrors, front turn indicators and all the gear on the back.

We're getting very close to the finish line now, I'm getting really excited. Just the rear of the tray with tail lights, rear shocks, hook up the ESC and receiver and good times are ahead!

Looks very nice, can you post up pics on how the bed is held to the chassis?

So how 'bout we bump this thread!

New bumper. I've been beating this truck up a fair bit and the old roo bar got smashed. The whole thing is actually going to get an overhaul. I'm going to change it to 4 link with 1.9's. And there's a nice Tough Armor rear cage that would look just right on this thing too.
