Default little turd

well i picked up this little turd that they are selling at toys-r-us. the electronis are absolutely junk but the truck looks really good and it has a nice chassis and decent looking axles.

i swapped out the electronics its not bad the motor stalls in a bind but that probably saves drivetrain.

i plan on running it tomorrow i should have some action pics hopefully it stays together if not mrc axels should bolt right up either way its only $40 for the truck

Damn, I haven't been in Toys R Us in a while, I'll have to go soon to see if they have any of these at the one here. Those axles look pretty sweet too.

have you taken the axle apart yet? I think the only thing holding me back from getting one is seeing the inside of one of these axles, I want to see the gears and axle shafts. looks very promising though, much better then the wal-mart MOA crawler I got..junk

its all plastic inside, gears, axels, bushings the only metal in the truck is the screws. the lil turd looks cool the axels look good but i personally would not waste a lot of time on a tryng to build a scaler out of this thats gonna see alot of action. that being said it would make a great shelf queen
