Default F250 my way

I work on this off and on as i get parts and time. This is the inspiration for my build, it probably wont crawl real well but i want it to look as close to this as possible with a few creative alterations since i cant find all the exact parts. The canopy has been painted since this pic.

Started with this that i picked up from a member of our local club.

A little cuttin and gluin

I couldnt bring myself to cut up the junfac chassis so I built this. It still needs to be trimmed to fit but you get the idea

I wanted the tires to fit in the wheel wells so I picked up some TLT axles and parts but they are still to wide. This was the cure for that

stock width on top narrowed on the bottom they are 6" hex to hex that will leave them with about 1/8" of tire sticking out, just about right rear is still a work in progress

wheels and tires 1.55 mud thrashers and steelies

shocks 80mm

Thats all I have for now and it's gonna be a while till there is more, but it's a start

How are you gonna do the camper shell? I suppose you are going to use styrene?, Lmk how it turns out, and if it's not too much troble could you maybe show step by step details how you did it, if you wouldn't mind.

very carefully, it took me three tries to get it and it's still not perfect but close enough
