1/18 crawler to a scaler help

i have the losi mrc 1/18 crawler and i bought it about 8 months ago and i have been meaning to make it a scaler for quiet some time. i have the suzuki samurai (sierra here in aus) that i have cut down into a ute, and on the way i have the L-trial chassis, 4 mickey thompson 1.55 baja MTZ and a set of black 1.55 stamped steel beadlocks from rc4wd and a set of 70mm internal spring shocks. im going to run the original electronics to start with and just a smaller 7.4 lipo. the question i have is what will i need to mount the L-trail chassis, i would like to run 4 link in the front and rear and mount the servo on the chassis facing down. this will be my first build as the only other scaler i have is the kit version of the honcho with a home made tray out of styrene and brass tubing.
