| ScaleReady's 1.55 Ultra4 Baja Bug Build
OK, it is a 1.7 rig, so in the land of confusion that it lives in on this forum, I found it a home here. This is just the beginning of something good. Lots of metal work is in the future. Hopefully this thread doesn't grow too much moss, as it will be a slow build up. Please follow along and I hope you enjoy!!

I hope there's a Knight Customs engine involved.

Thank you guys! Wheelbase is 11-3/4 I believe. Whatever a stock twin hammers is. As far as small front wheels, no go. |

Great lookin rig! Can we get a direct side shot? I've been thinking about using the Sand Scorcher for a C1. |

| Re: Technically not 1.9, U4 Baja Bug There are multiple reasons for not doing it. I wouldn't have matching wheels and tires anymore, as I am not aware of a 1.55 or smaller M/T classic lock wheel. Gearing would be off, and I want to keep the tires all spinning the same speed. However, they do make a nice set of wheels designed just for these sand scorchers. |

| Re: Technically not 1.9, U4 Baja Bug Thank you! I'll snag you one when I get home. The wheelbase of the hammers is a bit long for these, however it does give it the stretched out Baja look really well. |

| Re: Technically not 1.9, U4 Baja Bug Thanks man!!!! I'm gonna keep the metal work tasteful and realistic. Which is always my goal when I do anything. I agree, bugs are badass. I used to have a '66 Baja w/ an 1835 in it. Now I have a '63 that I am dropping to the ground. |
