Default 1.55 F-250 Trail/Tow Rig

Hey everyone! It's starting to cool off outside so time to start a winter build. I need to learn more about styrene fab and build something detailed to assist with these efforts. I've wanted a full interior on a rig with all the goodies, time to get to it.

Specs are as follows;

SSD SCX10 ii diamond axles
SSD Knuckles and chubs
VP gears, spools and shafts
Incision links
Dinky DDK.2 w/ comp mount
Dinky Cantilever
Traxxas 2660 shocks with mini t's and DLUX zero preload cups
Tekin Roc 412 2200kv
Castle MMP
Hitec 7950
Proline F-250 body
Custom flatbed
RC4wd 1.55 voids
CI firm foams
PB growlers

I had the bumper from a previous build, so that definitely helped get things off to a good start.

More pics to come soon.

Thanks! They're actually RC4WD 1.55 voids. I have a small stash of them. I really like the Walker Evans look, despite coming on every axial under the sun for several years.

Still a very long way to go on this build, no major progress though. I've been working on some other items to use on a few builds.

Minor update. Decided to go with a SSD scale trans I've had forever. Also picked up an Exclusive RC 7.3 IHI. I know it's not the correct motor, but it's more than close enough and a proper swap if 1:1. This will need either A.) new headers to fit between the towers or B.) new front towers to clear the motor.

Also scrapping the flat bed I started on and coming up with something a little more C1 friendly. I'm helping organize some local SORRCA ruled events in the area and need a rig to compete with. This seemed like a logical place to start.

Cool. Can't wait to see more. I have the same body hanging on the wall. Looking forward to what you do to yours.
