Default Project Super Duty

So what is project Super Duty. I want a custom F250 Crew cab to match my 1:1 truck and being the way I am I just had to do it all custom.

Here is the look I am going for.

Ok so today was the first day of the build, just got home from work and here is what I have done so for.

Custom chassi made of 3/4" X 3/16" steel flatbar

Here is another pic of the work with the AX10 axles that I assembeled today also.

Another pic of the axle

One little bit of advise or should i say lesson learned on the AX10 axles I notice that once I had completed the axles that one of the axles was really rough and hard to turn by hand.
Being the nut that I am I studied the axles for 2 hours taking it a part and reassembling then I found it. The inner bearing for the input shaft was not fully set. I felt like a nut once I got it.

The 1:1 is a 2007. I love it put it in a little mud a few weeks ago on accident for the first time.

Use gloves so you don't strip the skin off your dainty little hands!
