Default Daughters 1.9 Scale Build

This will be her build...she wanted to build one after the CR-01...

Plan is for it to be stock...maybe replace tires but not sure...they have a cool tread...

No marathon builds here...

It started out with a test...

She opened Screw bag B and it looked like confetti on New years...screws, grub screws, washers, etc...flying everywhere.

I stayed calm but the heat was rising...kept saying to myself breath...
OK...here is where we are...Building it to spec...not locked diffs, etc.
Afterwards I will decide what needs done.

This one was on hold for awhile but she got interested again...

Next is getting the headlights in and final touch-ups. She is scratching the pinstripes and going to hand paint them...

My daughter will be 2 one the 18th and she likes to play with trucks. I think I will wait till shes 3 and see if she wants one of her own to play with.

She did a great job. She'll eventually lose that "i dont wanna scratch it" motto. All kids do, then before you know it you'll have to buy another body because that one is all chewed up. Father and Daughter quality time is always chearished later on.

she did a great job. You BOTH should be proud. And its the gift that keeps on giving, as you spend more time with her driving your trucks around. I love my time with my son, and envy his hilux crew cab, lol...

Too cool!!
It looks great, she did a good job. Way to go Jeff.

My son has a micro desert truck and a Wheely King. He's gotten interested in helping me wrench on stuff and wants a 2.2 crawler so I think we'll convert his WK. Sharing with the kids is great.
