Love the idea- And the body rocks! Any chance you can get me one?!! All Id say is there a way to make the chassis a little longer? with the crew cab on it looks quite short, but In a cool way...

Thanks guys, I was thinking the crew cab was lookin a little long for this build also!
Should I keep it or make it a single cab? Well heres the newest update.
I dont think theirs even an option of turning back at this point!!!!

Damn sexy chassis rails!!!
I need to pick up a little more styrene and I will get started on the flatbed!!Later fellas...

Yea exactly why I removed mine as well! I think the hardest part is going to be gettin
the wide area removed just under the etra cab part. But I think I can do it..

I think Im going to mount them through the bed and angle them towards the center!
Im going to get the styrene tomorrow, I have some as of now but its just not thick enough
and i keep wanting to get started on it, But im going to wait till i get the thicker stuff!
I only want to build it once.. I also am considering the rc4wd scale coil overs for the front
and some turned down tlts for the rear. I was wondering if anybody knows of a soft spring set that will work with the
rc4wd shocks. From what i hear they come with some very stiff springs. And as you all know these rigs just dont weigh enough
to work good with stiff springs..

yeah i just decided not to risk it for now, styrene is kinda hard to come by.

if you go for it maybe ill try it

Well made a few changes to the body. I cut the rear bed sides off and added removed the bit between bed side and the
bed. Also removed the nasty lookin flared area at the rear of the cab..well heres the pic
Oh I also think its lookin to good for the cco1 chassis Im going to make a frame and run straight front axle...

Im thinkin it would be cool to bobb the rear section of the bed!!!!

After sanding this is where its at..

And heres the rear of the cab after a little styrene.

And some paint, yea its a little on the bright side but I have a plan!

And heres a shot of the rig I hope to replicate. The hood is going to be flat black instead of gloss.
I also plan on making a chassis instead of using the cco1! I want to go straight axle with this one!
