Decided to build myself a scaler, so once I found the right body I got started. Stuff list: Axial axles Axial tranny Eritex transfer case Creatacrawler wheels RC4WD Rock Crushers TLT shocks (still deciding on these) Rooster Crawler ESC This is going to take a while as I have many ideas floating around in my head. A couple pics of what I have so far. Will try to add more later. I have a jack I made, but I want to remake it though: |

How did you make that chassis though. In one pic it looks like you laid pieces on top of eachtoher and then welded them and ground smooth? I may be losing it, but it looks great. Is it steel???

The chassis is cut from a 5/16" plate aluminum. I only have access to hand tools, drill, and mapp torch.

Very nice. A lot of the little details and custom work you did are really great. The jack is unbelievable. |

Not to be rude, but you should ditch that Nikko body and get a New Bright. They are that much more accurate I think. I have sized them up so to speak and the Nikko is too angular. All your hardwork deserves a great body.
