Default Rpp Outback Series Wrangler BUILD *UPDATED 7/19/09*

Well guy's I finally get to take some time to do a build for myself for a change

I am not the best at taking pictures of every turned nut and cut part but Ill do my best to update as I go.

Below is a breakdown of whats being used at this point.

Outback Series wrangler chassis
RC4WD R2 Trans with Outback wrangler skid
RC4WD Scale Yota Axles (other hi lift series axles will work along with TLT)
Need to figure drivelines still
RC4WD Scale shocks 80's up front 90's on the rear
Tamiya Hi lift F-350 A springs
Hotracing 32mm disc brake hibs
CAC 12 hole 1.9 BL's
RC4WD Tomohawk Tires
3racing scale winch.
Lots more to come

Nice side profile with wheels tires nice and tucked in.

Super clean servo mount, Front of chassis is setup to bolt the 3racing winch right up.

Clean steering setup from underneath.

UPDATE **7/19/09**

Hav enot worked on this that much. But got some time this weekend. Did a few mods to the body, Changed the axles out to the D-35's Add 1.9 OEM Steel Wheels and 1.9 Roc Lox. Man RC4WD is making some awesome stuff!! And we sell all of it PLUG I have a long ways to go but wanted to share thus far

Very nice, I have a sweet spot for Jeeps anyway but it looks nice and clean with the blacked out suspension.

Man this is awesome, and I've been trying to convince myself not to build any more rigs this year. Dang if you didn't just throw that idea out the window.

Corey, looks great thus far. I can't wait to see the end result. I've been thinking about doing a Jeep, but I've held off. Like someone else said, this might just push me to finally do one, but I have enough other projects to finish first! Keep the updates coming.

Nice chassis, looks like it fits the body real well!

Any plans for some outback bumpers to go with the chassis?
