I dug out Red for New Years day ride . I had to put new front axle case, I found a crack in it . Here is the pics from the ride . There was 29 drivers 2 missed the group pic .   had a few fall out buy the time this one was took .        |

I pull the ol junker out this morning . First time it has seen light in over 2 years . It will see some Class 2 comps this years so it needs some things addressed . First order was to take the axles and trans down for a cleaning . I found 3 bearings that felt rough so I replace those . Next was a new set of over drives gears and a Lockup locker from the front . This rig had stock gears in the front . The rear had a set of unders so it has a full split now . I also replaced all the hardware I removed with KNK SS screws . It still had some phillips head screws in it . I know that is so 2008 right ? I replaced the locker in the trans with newer type with the drilled holes . It still had the old type without the holes . Next thing will be to address the front bumper . It is big and sits low and it's over a 1" out in front of the body . Also I plan to order a new servo, it only has a 645 on it . update on the ol junker . I did order a new Savax 1230sg and it came in today along with a new 25tooth clamping horn . Then things got real crazy I ordered up a new set of 1.9 KLRs and their light foams . This will call for the fender flairs to get a job . I will post pics when I get them installed .
