rc4wd r2 2 speed, mine has treated me well.

The summit trans is also a good option.

Default dig or not to dig

if I decide to get the rc4wd for scale should I get the 2 speed with dig or just the traxxas summit 2 speed?

I bought the RC4WD R2 2spd w/ dig for my X-trail AX10, and the transmission turned out to be so long it didn't fit without making the driveshafts bend to crazy angles. Better stick with either dig or 2-spd, but not both.

Ended up putting the transmission in a much longer rig: a tamiya big rig, where it fits fine and performs really well.

My summit trans is working good. Can handle quite a bit of power too.
