The new internal beadlock system is the answer to offering beadlocks without loosing the scale look of none beadlock 1:1 wheels.

These are a three piece wheel that includes a front, rear and center ring. The only challenge you have in installing them is getting the screw holes lined up. If you are like me and refuse to admit that you need glasses, this will be a difficult feat.

I had two sets of 1.9 tires sitting in the shop so decided to mount one of each to give you two extremes.

The left one is the new Two Face Tires. With these tires at almost 4.5" and a whopping 1.77" wide, you would think they were hard to mount. Truth is that they were easier than the next ones.

The right one is the new TrailBuster Tire. Spec on this tire are a little over 4" and 1.14" wide. With these tires you get a straight sidewall for more of that Military look.

I am planning on mounting these on the Ultimate Adventure Avalanche, just not sure what tire I will be running.

your building an Ultimate Adventure too?
Rims look good, loved em since I have seen them. I myself am doing my own version of it and calling the MSD Ultimate ADVENTURE Tacoma. But im sure yours will be sweet.

Sorry Norm, misrepresented myself...I am third owner of puryear's...

Felt it was time to freshen her up a little. Thinking these wheels with some Trex 60's...

Retiring the TLT's...

You're telling me...the more I look at them, the more I am growing to like the look.

The Two Face, IMO, are too wide for this wheel.

They look good but I think they would have looked a lot better without the holes in the outer most ring.

Nice wheels but were's the tech and the rig. I believe the title of the forum is 1.9 scale RIGS. This should be moved to the Tire & Wheel section Mods
