WHAT!!!!! I want an aluminum body !!!!!

I make molds of hard bodies using plaster to make a negative then bondo to make the mold. You can also use latex rubber and resin but it's much more expensive. the aluminum is basically disposable pie pans but i buy it in the roll form from Dick Blick.

I don't have his, i make my own. been doing it longer than he has.

Yep, I'll be the first to admit that Metal Masher is the reigning champion in this department, lol.

I don't recall seeing that black Jeep before, is that made of the same aluminum you normally use? Almost looks like it could be something different, maybe it's the paint job playing tricks on my eyes.
