Default How to make Trail stomper better?

Ok, so far ive took out the springs from the shocks, and removed the lower and upper leafs.

Ive also added bumpers.

Does anyone know if the super softs, or the ultra flex leafs make a diff, also which of thetwo is better?

I was thinking about adding a r2 2 speed dig transmission, Good? Bad?

There really is no budget, so if anyone knows of ANYTHING post it

Not sure if yours is similar to the one my buddy has but move the servo on top of the frame somehow. Or sell it and get an Axial SCX.

Depend on how long you had it, the springs will get softer, look up chino mod for leaf springs. Sense you took all your leafs off I would put some type of anti wrap bar because you will mess-up your springs if you bind your drive train. They will S on you. Add weight to the wheels to help pull the tires down. Swing shackles work and will add droop.
