Default A hillbilly wagoneer

hey there everyone.thought id share my wagoneer build with ya all.its mainly a stock scx10 chassis with a custom front bunper and a cherokee body with alot of hours in the body.so here we go this is what im trying to replicate unfortunatly not the year of the truck but its style.

so to apply the wood veneer i used 3m spray adhesive with great success
in the past

now for my front bumper to work i had to trim the polycarb bumper off and the same in the rear for the stock dingo bumper to be used in the rear

and voila my wagoneer

still have to paint the rims black and a few other details

thanx for lookin

Looks like the paneling was well executed. Some TSL's would sure look tasty on that rig.

That looks like my old '81 wagoneer. When I got rid of it it had 35's with a mild lift and all of the rust cut out of the fenders for clearance.

I love seeing creativity! Looks good, giving me all sorts of ideas... some wood on a drifter might be in my future! Should look good with the black rims!

Love that brasswork! I need to get some and start playing around with it. Looks like people can build just about anything with it!

The colour and wood trim look good, even if it is the wrong generation of jeep compared to your inspiration. I agree that black wheels will look better.
