|  80's Style FORD Crew Cab Step Side ***Pic Heavy***
Heres a Quick Build thread of my 1980's FORD CREW CAB STEP SIDE Parts List: Body Done by "Hoosierdady"  AXIAL "Complete" Frame Set #AX30525 Vanquish Currie Axles, Knuckles & Chubs GRIPFAB SS V2 Spools DLUX Knuckle bushings Vanquish TI 3/16th Links KYOSHO 90mm custom Velvets shocks "RED CAP MOD" "SS" Bomb Proof Splatter trans "SS" 6mm Extended outputs MIP SCX10 drive shafts with 6mm ball ends TEKIN Pro4 3300 and RX8 Vanquish 1.9 Wheels RC4WD 1.9 Boggers  6mm Extended Outputs to handle the power of the Pro4          Since I've been getting into scalers latley, I'm so hooked So this rig will be my "work in progress" At some point I will have a Drop bed, Full interior, Rock Sliders, working lights & anything else I can do to make her look real Not sure on the color scheme yet but leaning towards "Black" with red pin stripes  Thanks for looking Best Regards, Rick Last edited by v84x4; 07-13-2013 at 03:59 PM. |

Small Update............... Found some "FORD" "RED" Applied 2 coats of primer then sanded it down and applied 1 more  I'm going to go with a Red Base Coat then some kind of Black and Gold accents Today I started applying the "FORD RED" (2 coats then wet sanded it)  Pictured here with a 3rd coat of "FORD RED" after wet sanding it  After another coat and maybe some light wet sanding I will start on the Black and Gold accents then I will apply 3 to 5 coats of clear Thanks for looking Regards Rick Last edited by v84x4; 07-16-2013 at 06:27 PM. | ||||||||

Stop by this weekend if you can More Updates..........
