just a few poser shots of my d90 that I started awhile back, I just finished the metal work, mocked up for fitment. Satisfied with the fit, now take it apart for paint. I made the bumper from solid rod, and the roof rack from steel tubing to try to save weight. Still lots of work to do , but it's getting there.

Finally got the paint done, I'm really happy with the result. I copied the Adventurer rack, minus a few pieces, using the tubing really cut the weight down, should trail a little better I hope, not so tippy. I added shackle mounts to the bumper, and screen to the roof rack.

Looks great. That color is so sick. Nice tube work on that front bumper too. But where is the driver at? No trucks complete without a driver in there!

Thanks, and the search is on for a driver. Here's my idea for the interior, I hacked the rear seats out with an axe, and installed a sheet of checker plate, now I have more room to pile a bunch of $hite...and started work on the lights, using a GT power light kit for the tail lights, brake and reverse lights, and going to run the fog and roof lights off a separate switch so I can turn them off and on. Still have to add a few more LEDs, but it's getting there. (I'm eventually going to fix that butt-ugly gas filler
