Default Famous112's Gelande II Build! / Class 1 ( 1.9 ) Build

For this build i decided to Jump into the Super scale world. This kit has always had its eye on me. I love the D90 Shell.

This Build will be my class 1 build. Will soon be running a Tekin RS with a Tekin 17.5 or 13.5. Havent decided yet.

This kit is a VERY Well built kit, I had a few problems with it, but they are being taken care of.

Now on to the Build....
Getting everything situated.

Very nice Box!

First Layer!

Layer two!

Layer 3 / Body Box

Alright, Lets move on to the Actual Build... Time to get this Setup... Lets see where this goes!

Almost Completed Front Axle

Rear Axle With Truss

Chassis Is starting to come together!

Shock Tower/Mounts!

Transfer Case Mounted!!
* This Is where my Problem with The Kit Arrived. The Transfer case/ Mount were In properly Drilled *

The Rear Axle Complete ( Minus Wheels)

Rear Axle Installed!

Off To the Front Axle! ( This Ones 3-Linked!)

Front Axle W/ Steering Link And shocks! ( Notice I wound up putting the steering link in-correctly, Its suppose to be up not flat)

Front Axle Installed

Were getting closer to something!

Servo installed! ( i Just used a As3 Servo I had laying around )
Motor Installed!
I decided to go with a Torquey motor for this build, I felt a 55t Will do.
And I felt Novak is up to the Test on this one.

We'll Get back to the roller here in a few, On the Body....

Check Out this Interior... Cool..

Blank slate...

Heres What it was... Its currently Not in this state.. I decided i wanted to do something different with it. More to Come later on that

Thats all for now... More to come, Im very excited to get this one on the Trails... Will be an Interesting thing... Hopefully not a shelf queen.. this thing feels too Pretty to get dirty!

Couple Kittle updates.
New color interior.

Bodys done
I've learned a lesson with plasti-dip. So it's not perfect, oh well. It will be a summer comp/basher body. Haha

Also. I finally decided on class 1 tires.

4.19 baja claws.
Very sticky!!
more to come!
