Here are a few pics of them mounted. I love how narrow they are. this thing is gonna be so tippy lol. I may not run fender flares now after seeing how these look, or I may attempt to make some small ones. the top pic is the chassis totally unloaded, shocks still have threads left for adjustment, and there still isnt any oil in the shocks. The bottom pic has the weight of my mod buggy on the chassis, and should show more of the ride height im shooting for when done. with buggy |

Those trail busters look great on there. I use them on practically every one of my rigs now. I too love how narrow they are and give such a scale look. |

Szczerba sent me a link to a build. The guy used wiper blade rubber as fender flares. They looked really good. I'm going to attempt it on my current build. Here's the link. http://lockeduprc.net/blog/?p=609 Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Love the build so far. I was LMAO when I saw the dirty towel being used as carpet, the stains work for me! |

Looks awesome bro! I have two of these, one together the other in parts. I initially wanted to make a 8x8 out of one by joining the two bodies together with a bunch if wheel well cut and paste, etc. Funds didn't allow it at the time because 4 aluminum f350 axles were going to break the bank. Instead I will pull out the one that's together and put those alloy axles under it because I saw that other narrow axles broke under the heavy weight of these rigs. I will watch your build closely. I wanted to use stock rock cruiser tires since they are so hard. If that wasn't enough I was going to fill them with oogoo. ( mixture of silicone and corn starch) as a tire insert. yeah this thing is a tank, Ill definitely weigh it when i get done. but Im also thinking about using viscous diffs instead of lockers, but have them filled with very heavy fluid. I want it to turn more than crawl, since it will likely fall over crawling much anyway.

I was going to use revo or jato shocks since they're super stiff and short, cheap on eBay too!
