Took a defender d90 and give it a little upgrade. Curries over and under gears roc 412 mamba max pro 1230sg at 500 oz of torque 1.9 tsl sx super swamper (has them now wasnt on in the pic) stock scx10 shocks moved the driver to the left hand side flipped the dash took out the windows put wire mesh from a file holder worked perfected. I took the stock axial wheels then found me a set of flat washers and drilled them out to fit on the outside for the look and a little weight. I cut the wheel well for more clearance and put a set of dingo fender flares worked out great. Had to move the motor a little up and forward to clear the curries. Make a driveshaft from the motor to the transfer case. Made some links out of all thread and 1/4" brake line. The wheel base on it is 11 1/4" Last edited by EZ CHOPPER; 06-05-2015 at 01:22 AM. |

I really like this rig, EZ. The theme fits, and is executed in a very scale way. I'd drive it. |

Only you could do that to a Defender and have it turn out where it looks pretty damn cool. Nice work EZ! |
