Default Jeep Liberty build

This is my first 1/10 build. Not sure what to name it yet. So far all of my after market parts have been purchased off the classifieds from this site. Here is a parts list so far.

Vp F9's front and rear
GCM front motor mount, transfer case and frame servo mount
King 110mm shocks
Custom 3d printed seats from Anarchy RC
Custom 3d printed grill with scale bolts
Savox servo
Axial aluminum servo horn
SSD Pro knuckles and c-hubs
LockedUp Rc lockers
LockedUp Rc cvd's
Integy taillights
rc4wd Warn Winch
rc4wd Front stubby bumper
5000 mah Venom lipo battery
Lockedup Rc Ascend 1.9 wheels
LockedUp Rc Gridlock beads
Vanquish 4.75 hubs
Proline 1.9 Hyrax tires
SSD metal transmission gears
scx10 base
The body is a new bright jeep liberty body. I bought it from my nephew.
This is by no means going to be a quick build. I'm taking my time. I have a wife and kids ya know.
I've got to think Poprivet for the brazing tips. Still working on my skills though.
Suggestions are welcome.

The next couple of pictures are kinda what I'm going for.

Here is my build so far.

Got some work done on the front fenders today. Still need to finish the passenger side.

I also got my F9 axles assembled. Got to give a big thanks to espntang25 for the hook up. I also received my GCM motor mount in the mail from Elchupacabra. Both are top notch guys in my book.

A little update, I decided to put the grill back in. Still have some detail work to do on it. Also finished up the fenders and my shocks came in. I got to give a shout and thanks to Strychnine for the awesome deal on the Kings. I also mounted up my front engine mount and servo. Does anybody have any good ideas on how to make or mount a panhard bar mount on the F9 axles?

Okay guys, I'm not real good with batterys and the metric system. My plan is to get two batteries and place them on the floor on each side of the transfer case and then build a floor pan over the top of the batteries. Does anybody have suggestions on batteries. They need to be no wider than 2 inches and no long that 4. Of course they also need to be lipo and I'm running the stock esc. And go!!!!

So I know it has been a while but there has been a lot of progress. Here are some pics.

Built a spare tire mount.

Some inner fenders.

Got some taillights at Christmas time. I think they turned out pretty good.

Started on the interior also.

So I know I haven't posted any updates in a while but I have picked up some goody's in the last month. I still haven't decided on a color for the body yet. I'm kinda thinking a fire orange with black accents. I'm open to suggestions. Let me know what ya guys think of my build so far.

First off my wife bought me a RC4WD winch

Second I picked up a sick grill I had a buddy 3d print. Mad props to Sean Gross. Check him out on Facebook at Anarchy RC. I outfitted the grill with some scale hardware from RC4WD.

I also picked up an RC4WD stubby front bumper off of Amazon. I think it is turning out pretty awesome.

Here it is all put together.

Hope you guys are enjoying my build so far.

So I've done a couple things to the Liberty. I ordered some SSD Pro knuckles and C-hubs, Locked up Rc cvd's and a Locked Up locker for the front axle. The rear axle will get upgraded next. I also started in on my door panels. Enjoy

Axle rebuild time.

So I have made some progress. Got a little further on my interior. Also had to replace my transmission gears. Went with the SSD metal gears. I also picked up a set of Locked up RC Ascend wheels with their gridlock beads. Outfitted the wheels with a set of Proline Hyrax tires. Them things grip like no other. I really like the way this build is turning out. Let me know what you think.

So. Little update. I got some more locked up goodness. Heavy weight locker for the front axle. Some heavy duty rear axle shafts and scale locking hubs. Also got some axial underdrive/ overdrive ring and pinion along with a new bearing kit.

So something drastic also happened. I chopped the top and rebuilt the upper cage. Let me know what you guys think.
