My Demon sg4 c

I ended up getting one of these trucks to build. I am happy for the most part with the build but on the 2nd run i broke a cvd in the front axle. I guess its a common problem? Also the mounting tabs on the skid twist easily but over all i like the truck.

Nice truck. I've had my eye on a Demon for a while. I wish the prices would come down though as their all-metal kits are much more expensive than the competition.

That’s a nice looking Demon. The grill and headlight design on that thing does it for me. Has anyone fabricated a CMS piece for it yet? Not that I think it needs it, but I am a sucker for the aesthetics.

Wertymade makes a cms kit with a panhard link mount. Also look up the Cross RC center chassis braces, it'll take care of the tab bending problem. If you look at the photo album link in my demon thread you'll find a picture of the braces.

What other kits offer the details and full metal axles, beadlocks, links, cnc'd working winch w/ controller, hardbody, full interior, and LEDs including dash guage lights??? I wasn't aware of anything else like this, hence the reason I bought it. I'm sure there are better performing kits out there, but no where near this level of detail.

a little update on the demon sg4. i have under a half hour on the truck and have broken 2 cvds. i havent really gotten to try test the truck because of this. a few say its cause the end points arent right on the steering. i did turn down the dual rate on my cheap radio to take away some steering but it still happened. i now have the physical steering stops on order.
