This is a 1.9 orgy fest!!!!!! I love it :-) As far as I'm concerned 2.2's are dead to me except for my comp rig. They just don't have the same cool factor. Hey Mog do you have any more pics of that rig you could send over? I would love to check it out. I also need to talk with you about bumper plates. I totally didn't realize that was you on Scale4x4 :-) I've got a few for you if you need. Keep the 1.9 images coming guys. I would love to see all the different ideas out there. |

Well I want to re-build my black jeep and since I have a Bruiser Hybred for a 1.9 rig and I gots to have the jeep....I'm going to tear down the Landy for parts. I know why not build another one and have them both.....Let's just say it keeps me in check by not getting crazy with too many rigs. A sort of method to curb the addiction :-) I did a few more scale things to her and got a chance to run it today. I love the little guy but I need the 2.2 jeep to fill that void. I'm convinced now that not only are 1.9 rims the only scale rim but hard bodies (hehehehe I said hard bodies) I mean hard plastic bodies are the only scale bodies. No matter how much detail and work you put into a lexan body they just don't compare to the detail, look and feel of the plastic hard body. I dig the landy body and all but it's just off in the looks. So with that said I'll leave lexan bodies for 2.2 rigs and such and 1.9's will always have the good old hard body. Well onto the last few images before she is rebuilt. I added the spare tire to the back with a break light and mounting bracket. I installed a high lift, jerry can, and some black diamond plating to the back and hood. I then added the guide wires to the front just because! Enjoy! |

Thanks! I understand the not liking the body. So many of the lexan bodies look a tad cartoonish, this one especially. I figure you dash it up with so much carb that it takes the eye off the body and onto the scale shizat all over it :-) |

The more dirty/scratched it gets the more scale it will look too
