people always tryin to buy my stuff even before I get to bash it lol... it's not for sale... yet anyway lol... thanks guys. the spare tires are only til the other set of hilift tires arrives... I like mine to match still need to add some limiting straps to the suspension and I have some more details planned. maybe a real paint job too. then I'll enter it in the comp.

Alright well keep me in mind when you are ready to sell it... I regret it everyday that I had to sell the Jeep I bought from you. I'd like another of your builds to keep in my collection this time. How about some body off shots

Excellent work as usual... I like the rear arm set up. Have you had a chance to dive it yet?

hornet chassis and gearbox... I wanted a solid axle but didnt want to deal with a separate gearbox and driveline... this is actually better because there is zero torque roll when you accelerate... helping keep both rear tires planted. and with 2wd thats important. plus this was a lot simpler. I built it to be driven. the hornet gearbox is dam near indestructible if you add full bearings to it. yes I've driven it but only in the road as it rained and the yard is screwed. I'll have nice video as soon as the dirt dries.

it was easy to build too... the rear 4 link was the trickiest part to figure out but it wasn't too bad. and yes keeping it simple was a goal throughout the build.

well I decided stability was important so I swapped the black nascar rims for some wide deep offset tamiya rims ( just to see how it looked because I was trying so hard to keep the tires inside the fenders) and dam...it looks bada$$!!! I do know some baja trucks have the tire sticking outside of the fenders anyway... this one looks good! and handling was greatly improved! been jumping the street outside with it and man that's fun! can't wait to get it in some dirt! new pics soon.
