Default Bullhead Build

my first scale build....... i got the idea from a couple old loggin trucks i seen sittin in a field..... i had this bullhead sittin on the shelf for about a year now, had to do somethin with it...... started with a k2-3l chassis, extended it a bit. to fit the cab and bed... wk axles locked with j-b, t-max alum threaded shocks, custon driveshafts, v-10 55t motor, r2 tranny, rc4wd links, custom lower link mounts, custom upper link mounts, narrowed to stock tires and rims, made dually tires for the rear...... this build was like crack...... i started last thursday and was able to hit the rocks today.... even got action shots for ya.... only thing left to do is mount the electronics, paint, and find the weak points..... found a few already... well here are some pics, any input is always welcome....

started with this...... didnt have any plans for the bed, just made it up as i went......

now the action shots....... for the first outing i already stripped a wheel hex, and broke the rear lockout...... and i was only on the rocks for about 5 min....

Ok I am a huge fan of the WK Axle and they look great under that truck, but if a set of the Juggy axles wouldn't give that SOB a real overbuilt with Rockwells look.

i took a wire mesh wastebasket/office accesories bundle i got at wal-mart for $10 and butchered it, i also did the sides of the bed with it. thanks for the compliment on the tube work, it was literally my first try.

its gonna be more of a rescue/recovery truck, but it still does fairly well on the rocks considering how top heavy it is.

got some more work done the other day. got the bed painted, while i was waitin for it to dry, i tried somethin with the front tires. made them look a lil bit more like semi rims. lemme know what you think.

i still gotta paint the cab, and finish my side tanks and boxes.

what color should i paint the cab, dark green, hull red or red brown?
