i think that 1/4" would be fine. that frame should take a good fall and keep coming back for more. just my .02 cents

after veiwing a few build thread ive made a few changes, the buid i started would hav weighed a ton. photo copy, and a bit of cutting pasten on the pc and i came up with this.

Aftet i cut these out with a gigsaw, i tooked them over to the machine shop to get the hole's drilled, had to wait ages to get this done, the jamaican guy who works there had to eat his lunch first while talking on two phones with a joint the size of my forearm in his mouth, had 2nd thoughtafter all that.. lol

Got the tube wrk started yesterday.

took me about an hr to wrk ut how i would make this fit.

need some hep here, ive seen it done on a few builds here, but havnt a clue, where ive cut the back from the cab i wud ike to hav that covered up to the hight of where the back window wud be.
Anyone with the link could u pls fwd the link.

came across these today , dont know if anyone thught of this b4 but i think they could make side runners or bumpers, MMMMMM!! what you think ?
theyre drawer handles (HEAVY) $5.00.

Got up early this morning and took my AX10 apart to use for this build. want to see how much i can get done today..

thought i would giv these shocks a try (team associated) from my riteoff GT2RS, not a good idea.

Hav to fab some shock mounts

complety fcuked this up, used the wrong screws, should look something like this.

worked on the frnt bumper (Drawer handles) shouldnt hav to add weight to this rig, these handles r heavy, (Steel)

Wanted to complete this build last week, but living in the Caribbean Islands where things are limited is not helping.
Hope am not broking any rules, but i hav to say (Nuff respect) to the folks over at Stormer Hobbies / RC Superstore, dont know how they do it man but it only takes 4-5 days to rec my orders from them, got home lastnight and my 2.2 claws n Losi mini RCK CRW was here.
C YAH, football starts in ten.
GO BEARS !

Took off from wrk early today and went to work.
Not bad for drawer handles ?

Had to change that transmission mount, my dad gave me a hand with this.

I'll be back !

Tks Crawler,
(steel) which make the truck heavy.
Will try to balance it out some how. The truck is complete FOR NOW !!Everytime i pass it by some other idea flys to the head. fighting the power i am. .
fitted everything together, Complete guts from my AX10 excluding the servo. Made the lower links myself also. Havnt had the nerve to set it on the scale yet . took it out side for some photo's and a test run..

Batt: Vemon NiMH 3600
Servo: Futaba S3003
Wheelbase: 13 inchs
Ground Clarance: 3 inches
