| Vicious Taco (not your standard Honcho)
I've fallen in love with the KOH rigs and I had to build something. I got my inspiration from these, as well as some other pictures. This is by no means a replica of any particular rig. I started by hacking up a Honcho body. I took a lot out too What I ended up with is about 5.6" wide at the main body. I plan on adding rear panels but I have to stop by the LHS to see if I can find a body that has similar lines for the rear, otherwise I'll just use Lexan. The wheelbase is 12.9" long and I'm planning on running RC4WD 2.2 Rok Lox as well as a bunch of goodies. In the end it should be a sweet rig! I'm pretty sure the 10t HH Puller motor is going in too. Sorry, you can't see much by the pictures. There's one piece in the bed that I need to take out and re-braze but otherwise it's pretty darn straight. |

Thanks guys! I really want to get this thing running soon. I'm going to have to sell some stuff to get the cash to finish it up though. It's funny to me how much tube looks worse than run until you clean it up. There's a lot more to clean up too. I need to get the Rok Lox on it too. The look with the Spookies is kind of throwing me off. I think one the Rok Lox are on there it will look more proportional. |

It worked out pretty good. I stole the idea from a couple builds on the board but using other bodies.

Another great build Zach Sometimes I think you have too much time on your hands Kinda off topic question, what are your thoughts on the Spooky Krawlers? |

| Thanks! It turned out right where I wanted it Quote:
The Spookies suck stock because the casing is so stiff on the edges. But with a bunch of siping they work pretty well. I still think the Rok Lox are better though.

Very cool so far! Anything KOH is out-of-control-cool these days! I smell and new wave of crawlers, and perhaps a new scale segment with its own rules set...

I've got two other pictures, but none of the rear end. Love this Taco buggy, but there is just no info on it.
