| Cj gone right (TTC rig for nats)
It's time to get ready for Montana, so what better way than to have a few trucks to choose from if all goes well this will be my Trail Class/TTC rig. I thought I would head back to the basics and build a full leaf sprung CJ, Im buiding it after a Scambler I sold a few years back. So here it is Honcho chassy with some custom fab work. I'm trying out the Chino military wrap springs they seem to work well so far. It's not even close to being finished but I think it's turning out pretty good. Yes TLT shocks Axial axels RC4wd T-case and if I'm lucky a Reign gear head unit. I should hit 30 points pretty easy with this beast. Well enough said on to the pics.

| I'm working on him, I finally talked him into buying that 85 4runner. I think hes held onto that longer than any of 50+jeeps hes had over the years. Also this endless supply of cj bodies has got to dry up eventually.

Well let's think, ya I built a scout the first year of Montana and it floppped oh and a Toyota but I will always love the Jeep. I've owned 65+ jeeps in my life that's 1to1 so I kinda like them. But like Jason said I have a runner now and I have enjoyed it so far. | |

| I too, love the leafer (see sig). Leafs set-up corectly will give the perfect amount of articulation, and look bad as hell. Watching this build also...

Well getting closer, I drove it today first run I was about to scrap the whole thing but after some tweaking and a little wider stance it is way fun to drive and is very capable. I had to add a traction bar to the front it kept pulling the front drive line out. Well check it out now for the gear head and the interior. I just had a axial tranny in it for today. It's been a build marathon this week for me, slow at work so I took advantage of it thats why I'm so speedy. And my wife is out of town too. |

| Looks bitchin, Ill keep my eye on this one, I really like the leaf sprung rigs! Ive got homemade ones on the front of mine. How long are those from eye to eye with no weight? Also whats the lift with no weight?
