I have not taken any pics lately, I have it all torn down to finish the cage and then sandblast and paint. I have been very busy lately but I will keep you updated. I did drive it a while back and it works pretty wel but not near as capable as my clod.

Your new to rc crawling if you don't know where to get TLT-1 axles.

I'm was hoping to see it all finished.

Long time waiting

Hi guys, finally got back to this. I have been way to busy to work on it until recently. Almost finished, electronics to finish and some extra scale goodies. Working on the hitch to tow the boat and a spare tire-gas can carrier.

Nice work on the whole chassis. Your rig looks awesome. Gotta love the FJ's

76kcfdeng 10-10-2006 07:43 AM

Thanks everyone for the comments, I still have not got all the electronics done and I lengthened the wheel base a 1/2" so I need a new driveshaft. Those that want a vid are going to have to wait. I also keep thinking of more gadgets to add and I would like to do an interior. I will have to get a picture next to my real FJ40.;-)

WOW....so glad to see some updates. That is completely awesome. This thread is the one that expired me to make a scale rig like yours.
