Default Justin's "F-350 Truggy" (Rear Steer&AXR10 axles)...




Here is a current list of the parts used on this truck(5/7/12)...

Tamiya Ford F-350
Homemade chassis made out of .5” square stock
Tube is a mixture of stainless, solid 3/16” tubing

=== Electronics ===
ESC: Castle Creations Mamba Max Pro
Motor: Novak Crawler 13.5 brushless
BEC: Castle Creations
Steering Servos: Hitec RCD HS-7950TH (FRONT&REAR)
Winch: Hitec 5645 (With WarPig Spool)

=== DriveTrain ===
Drivelines: MIP
Transfer Case: GCM Racing
Trans: Axial (Robinson locker&mid gear and Alum Case)
Axles: Axial
Axles Upgrades: Long Beef tubes, XR10 CVDs, Xr10 VP Knuckles, XR10 Axial C-Hubs, and RCP lockers.)
Axle Links: New ERA 4link mounts
Links: 10-24 thread all with stainless tubes and Revo rod ends.

i have looked at your chev build for some inspiration and tech help for the clod i got from you. so far its just a cab and narrowed front end

I am glad my obsession of posting pics helps someone. I guess you can tell I write educational material for a living.

I added a pic to my first post for ya. This is another truck inspired by Chris Smith's TTC, mine will not be a extra cab or bed panels in the back..

Updates...

-Got more goodies in the mail...MIP D-Shafts and Proline Shocks.
-Got some 3/8" Delrin material for the skid plate (Tap Plastics in Lynnwood, Wa)
-Got the frame bent up, now to cut it up tomorrow.





I just use a plumbing torch to heat and and bend the tube. After I bend it I hammer out the blow outs on the side. Also, after I cut it in half, I will use a vise grip to tweak the in side bent level.

Here is a 8mm socket driver I got for the Super 300 nut, the VP hubs are super tight.
