| CF-100 Truggy 2.2 Scaler based on the CF-100 Truggy chassis I purchased from R2j Kustoms a while back. I decided to cut a new body and send it off to Mike at CrawlerGraphics. He did a killer job interpreting what I was looking for. After I got the body back I started messing around with how to get the drivetrain to fit without cutting the interior. I ended up fitting a RC4WD R2 transmission low enough to make it work (had to cut a section out of the skip plate but it still seems solid enough). I have a long way to go but here is what it looks like so far. Please post any comments/suggestions you have. |

Loved the paint when Mike posted it but matched up with the chassis it is a very sick rig.

I loved the paint when it was posted by Crawler Graphics but married with the chassis it becomes spectacular.

| Thanks for all the positive comments, I am really happy with how it is turning out. I am almost to the point that I will ask Mike to paint another body so I can thrash one and have one for when it is on the self. I have got the electronics mounted so I am just trying to figure out the some of the last details. I am not sure if I want to put lights on it. Generally speaking I like to run LEDs on my scalers but I can’t figure at where to mount them on this one. I could mount them where I was planning to mount the winch. Any suggestions, or should I just leave them off? |
