Default First of its kind,"Top Secret BatMan" hybrid Wraith chassis with AX10 axles

Wow where to start. First of Ive been hiding this for weeks from my club. Hell I had the biggest thread of my life and didnt even build nothin, lol. We started a Extreme Trail Truck Class and it just fueled my fire even more to build again. Ive not ran the same truck more than one comp this year. Ive been building one a month, lol. Bad freekin habbit!
With that said I will say Im laying off the pipe and my last two have been factory customs, Skat KAt and now Top Secret Batman. Here we go your gonna like it.

disclaimer:This is a front and rear steer with CMS if there is one already like this let me know and ill edit my title, if not Im extremely excited to be the first. And I didnt even half ass it!

Spec:
ax10 4WS axles built:
gunner's
hardened over and unders
allum knucks and chubs
DMG panhard trusses( Yes I said Panhard )
RC4WD wideners

ELectronics:
Hitec 7950's push and pullin the rods
Mamba Max Pro
7.5 sc4x
2s and 3s
3r winch

Tranny:
Wraith with
Robinson gears
MIP shafts
32p mod

Wheels and Tires:
Motorworx 2.2
RokLox

Im just about to start solderin the horsepower in but man I will tell ya one thing. This is a wiring nightmare. Ill hook up winch after this next comp(sat)
Enjoy the pics.

Parts spread

panhard truss installed for this!

level 3 CMS kit

Now the rear was a chore and a spell of thinking. Both front and rear have a panhard bar!

Heres is close up so you can study. They work and flex quite well..

Yep, Yep and Yep! I know there will be some changing. This is a prototype stage of the build. But I will say this. Zip ties rocks and they are solid on this design, and the 1/32" steel is tougher than snot. I will change this in the future but I will wait untill I see signs of ware or default. What if it holds up??? I remember makeing a CMS with a sheet of delrin one time and it held for ever, funny I seen it today layin on my bench and I said to my self," I cant believe you held up,lol. And your still here."

Well i drove her today! Holy crap the power is totaly cool. Ill break crap with this set up as soon as i get the MMP figured out.

Overall though. Bashin was awesome with the 14" wheelbase but the ride height in conjuction with the long wheel base made it a horrible crawler compared to the skatcat! Actually I hate it as of this post on, but she will be a 12.5 WB rig by mornin then ill love her again. This rigs weight and design has to work better than this.

The CMS's worked flawless for such a long WB. By mornin even better. The thin metal held up to some hard bashin and rocks and the panhards are right on. This I managed to get rightp

I put these Hammers on it just to see how a 4.9" tire looked. I shortned the wheelbase to 12.5 and love it but my Roklox will still clear so Ill mount them back up tonight.

Got my MMM all hooked up and adjusted. Its mean. It aint smooth though at bottom end??? Either its my bullet connectors resisiting or its the 17t pinion? I dont know.

Another thing is i pulled the upper off to make it a 3 link setup. This is the proper way to do it if your running a panhard bar. This thing flexes about and inch over popcan!

Heres some pics of stance with smaller tires and a video

Sorry the video aint better or longer. This is just to show you the horses!

you using a sensored motor? that might be the smoothness thing.

you will have to adjust the timing if it is sensored so you can get it smooth at the bottom.

If sensored motor then you should use sensor wire. Not sure the Castle esc has that option.
Sensored motor doesn't want to run without the wire.
