My buddy has a 72 Jimmy with a California top. That things nasty, Dana 60 front and rear, 38 inch tires, HUGE lift. Nothing like cruizing down the highway at 35mph with no top, you can hear the people cursing.

what, what, you stole my idea. i've been wanting to do one with no doors and paint it orange like the ttc blazer. so sweet though, why isn't it in scale builds?

Finished the cage last night. I'm starting on the frame this weekend. Hopefully I'll be able to post some pictures after the holiday. My wife is going to start sewing the soft top too.

It's staying, I painted the body this morning before work. The tape looks even better with the paint.

These are my first frames to build so, I have a lot of clean up to do with the dremal. I'm having as much fun with the 1:24 as I am the 1:10

Sure, why not. I've got a 1:10 canoe that would look great on top of it. I'm basicly building the 1:24 as a mirro image. Whatever I put on the 1:10 will go on the 1:24
