Why not just run a different wheel? Much cheaper, or narrow the ones you have.

They already are narrowed! If i get a different wheel, Then i need different tires! P.S If anyone has some wheels, with geo's on them let me know! Must be narrowed, or have the wheels not glued!

you just cut the inner section off, it doesnt look like you actually narrowed them. Are the tires glued on so hard that you cant get them off?

Finished relocating my rear shocks, and lockout for the wheels. Anyway's onto the pics! Gets a good amount of flex! Last edited by CoreyK; 07-06-2006 at 12:05 PM. |

IMO, the body sits too high. It's your crawler so you can set as high as the body you want it to go. Nice flex ;)...... kitty kitty |

corey if you insulate the upper shock mounts with some fuel tubing on either side of the shock youll get more artic in the front... this also eliminates some of the less than stellar sideloaded characteristics of the tlt shocks. the body is cut high because in almost every situation, youll get stuck with the rock rails lower. its a compromise between aesthetics and performance. in this case corey sided with performance in mind. Thanks guy's. And yes, id rather have performance over looks. It will still look good! I mean with that body/frame combo the body can sit 10 feet in the air and still look goood! |
